When is my bill due?
Payment may be made inside Town Hall on or before the 15th of the month. We also offer drive-thru service, online bill pay, and a drop box is located at the back door for after-hour payments. A penalty of 10% will be added after the 15th. If your service is disconnected for non-payment, a fee will be charged to reconnect at the current rate.
If the 15th of the month falls on the weekend, your bill is still due. You may pay online or on our website with no additional fees. Penalties will be accessed automatically on the 16th.

What does a Boil Water Advisory mean for me?
- Drinking & Food Prep: Use bottled or boiled water for drinking, cooking, washing fruits/vegetables, and preparing baby formula.
- Ice & Coffee: Discard existing ice, turn off the automatic ice maker, and do not use coffee makers with tap water.
- Hygiene: Adults may shower, but avoid swallowing water. Give infants/children sponge baths to reduce risk. Use hand sanitizer after washing hands with tap water.
- Dishes: Wash dishes in hot, soapy water, then sanitize in a mixture of 1 tablespoon bleach to 1 gallon of water. Alternatively, use the highest heat cycle on your dishwasher.
- Filters: Do not rely on home water filters; they do not kill germs.
- Flush household pipes by running cold water for at least 1 minute.
- Replace water filters.
- Run water softeners through a regeneration cycle.
